ORDERING INFORMATION:

1. Drop us an email with your name, reachable contact no., mailing address and item(s) you wish to purchase only if you are 100% sure of purchasing item and able to make payment within 24 hours.

2. Kindly check your email inbox regularly once you’ve made an enquiry or order.
Once confirmation invoice is sent, it means that we have reserved a piece for you for 24 hours only. After payment is made, kindly email us the payment details in the given format as stated in the invoice sent.

3. Please inform us if you wish to back out anytime. Do not disappear irresponsibly. There are other buyers whom are sincere in purchasing the items.

4. Enquiries with regards to clarification of doubts shall not be considered as CONFIRMATION. For smoother transactions, do not proceed with transfer before receiving our invoices.

5. Pending status means items have been commented confirmed by potential buyers & we are awaiting payment from them. If buyer back out or go missing in action after the 24 hours time frame, we will give the item to the next interested buyer in waiting list. So do check your email to see if you have received our payment invoice if you are in the waiting list.

6. For pending items, you will be automatically placed on the waiting list if items have been fully reserved for customers whom have confirmed their orders.

7. We are kind people but we do not entertain negotiations or trades/swaps.

8. All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable. We ensure that all pieces are in 100% good quality before mailing out parcels.

9. Registered postage is highly recommended to ensure that you receive your parcel. Le-Amour Closet will not be liable for any parcels lost through normal postage.

Delivery:

Normal mail or Registered mail only. Strictly no meets ups.

Normal postage charges -
$1.20 - $1.50 per top
$1.50 - $1.70 per dress ( postage charges fluctuates according to weight of parcel )
$1.50 - $3.00 per bag ( postage charges will be advised in your invoice )

Alternatively, you can add an additional of S$2.24 for registered mail.

FOR EXAMPLE:
ITEM COST $20
IT WILL BE $20 + $1.50 = $21.50 (NORMAL POSTAGE - SUBJECTED TO WEIGHT)
$20 + $1.50 + $2.24 = $23.74 (REGISTERED POSTAGE)

Please note that all parcels will only be delivered upon receiving of payment into our account.

For those who are using bank services to do transfer e.g. OCBC, etc…it’ll take 1-2 days before payment would reach our account. Please be patient with us while waiting for payment to be in, after which we’ll mail out your item(s). :)
